Mary Bonus

The Mary Bonus uses an open-concept layout. A laundry room with extra storage is off the kitchen, and there’s a coat closet by the front entrance. Two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom off the living room. Without customization, the owner’s suite has two walk-in closets and an attached bathroom. Upstairs, there is either a fourth bedroom or a bonus room over the garage, depending on how you choose to use it.
