The formal living space is separated from the more casual living space. The living and dining rooms are in the front of the home, but the kitchen has a breakfast nook with a bay window and sight lines across the family room. There is a peninsula with extra seating, a powder room, and a closet under the stairs. Laundry is conveniently located upstairs near the bedrooms. There are three guest rooms, which share a hall bathroom. One of the rooms and the owner’s suite share access to an upstairs porch. The suite also has an attached bathroom, which has a double vanity and separate tub and shower, and a walk-in closet.
